We are in the city, not visiting it
Our team is based in Vadodara. For an event here that means we can meet you in person before you commit to anything, and there is no crew travel or accommodation sitting inside your quotation the way there is for an outside company brought in for the week.
A management company, not a décor company
We do not design your wedding or sell you a stage. We provide the departments that run it on the day — RSVP, logistics, hospitality, runners, food and beverage, shadows and the managers over them. If you have already appointed a planner or a décor team in the city, we work behind them and carry your name rather than ours.
The guest list handled properly
Most Vadodara weddings are large, multi-function and full of guests travelling in from elsewhere in Gujarat and beyond. That is a guest-management problem before it is anything else, and it is the part we are built around — invitations that actually arrive, replies that are chased, and a headcount you can give a caterer.
