The Platform

WhatsApp Invitations and RSVP, Run Properly.

Every Indraa event is run on our own platform — one place for guest list management, WhatsApp invitations, RSVP tracking and follow-ups, so nobody is working from a spreadsheet that went out of date three days ago.

Introductory Offer

Free During Our Launch Period

The Indraa Events platform is free to use during our current launch period. Guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, campaigns, follow-ups, reports and event tasks are all available with no subscription and no card.

This is an introductory period rather than a permanent arrangement. We expect to introduce subscription plans in future, and if you are using the platform we will tell you what those plans are before anything changes for you. Nothing here signs you up to a plan or a price today.

Why It Exists

A Wrong Headcount Is An Expensive Mistake.

Most of what goes wrong at a wedding is not a decoration problem. It is a guest problem: an invitation that never arrived, a number nobody checked, a count the caterer was given on Tuesday that was already wrong by Thursday.

So the guest side of an Indraa event does not run on paper. It runs on software we built for it, used by our own RSVP team while they call your guests — and the reason the report you get every evening is accurate is that it is drawn from the same records the team is working in, not typed up afterwards.

What It Manages

Guest List, Invitations and RSVP in One Place.

Ten things that would otherwise live in a spreadsheet, a phone and somebody's memory.

  • Events

Each function, with its own guests and its own plan.

A wedding is rarely one event. Haldi, mehendi, sangeet and the wedding day can each have a different guest list, a different venue and a different timing, and the platform keeps them as separate events under one celebration. You can see any one of them on its own, or the whole thing together.

  • Guest management

    One list everyone works from.

Your guest list comes to us as a spreadsheet and becomes a working record — names, numbers, which side they are from, which functions they are invited to, and anything particular about them. It is checked as it is imported, so bad phone numbers are caught at the start rather than discovered on the night a message fails to send.

  • WhatsApp invitations

    Sent properly, and traceable afterwards.

Invitations go out to the list as it stands, personalised to each guest rather than blasted identically to everyone. Because each send is recorded against the guest it went to, "did they even get it?" stops being a question anyone has to guess about.

  • RSVP tracking

A real count, not an estimate.

Every reply — yes, no, or still silent — is recorded against the guest who gave it, along with how many people they are bringing. That is what turns a guest list into a headcount you can hand to a caterer or a hotel and stand behind.

  • WhatsApp messaging and replies

    Where your guests actually reply.

Guests answer WhatsApp. They do not answer email, and they often do not answer an unknown number calling once. Messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business Platform using templates WhatsApp has approved, which is what keeps them arriving reliably and keeps replies flowing back into the same record the rest of the guest history lives in.

  • Campaigns

The right message to the right part of the list.

Not every guest should get the same message. A campaign sends one message to one defined group — only the sangeet guests, only the people staying at the hotel, only those who have not replied yet — and reports back how it landed, guest by guest.

  • Approved message templates

    Your wording, approved and reusable.

The wording of your invitations and reminders is prepared as templates and submitted to WhatsApp for approval before anything is sent. You see and choose the wording; once approved, the same template can be reused across functions without being rewritten and re-checked each time.

  • Automated follow-ups

The chasing that would otherwise be forgotten.

Silence is the normal first answer to an invitation. Follow-ups go to the guests who have not responded, on a schedule, so the chasing happens consistently instead of depending on somebody remembering — and our RSVP team then calls the ones who still have not answered.

  • Reports

The evening update, drawn from the real records.

You receive a report as the RSVP process runs: who has confirmed, who has declined, who is still to answer, and how the invitations are landing. It is generated from the same records the team is working in, which is why it agrees with what they will tell you on the phone.

  • Event tasks

Who is doing what, and by when.

The work around an event — the things that must happen before the guests arrive — is tracked as tasks with owners and dates. It is the same discipline the on-ground crew works to, kept in the same place as everything else about the event.

How It Runs

How RSVP Management Works, Start To Finish.

  1. Your list comes in

You send the guest list in a spreadsheet. It is imported and checked, and anything that will not work — a number that cannot receive a message, a duplicate entry — is flagged then and there rather than later.

  2. The wording is agreed

We draft the invitation wording and you choose it. It is prepared as a template and approved by WhatsApp before a single guest sees it.

  3. Invitations go out

The invitation is sent to the list, personalised per guest, and each send is recorded so nothing depends on anyone remembering who was covered.

  4. Replies are collected

Answers come back into the guest record. Follow-ups go to whoever has not replied, and our RSVP team begins calling — five rounds of calls, as the full RSVP service describes.

  5. You get the count

A report every evening while the process runs, and a settled, defensible headcount at the end of it — the number the caterer, the hotel and the seating plan are all built on.

Not Software You Have To Run.

This is not a subscription you buy, learn and then operate yourself the week of your daughter’s wedding. It is the system our own team works in on your behalf, and the reason our RSVP service can promise a robust list rather than a best guess.

You see the outcome of it — the reports, the counts, the answers — while the people running it are the same crew who will be on the ground at your event.
