What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver an event — that is set out separately, in writing, for each engagement.
The site is published by Indraa Events, based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending an enquiry — through the form, WhatsApp, email or a phone call — starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, create a contract, or oblige either of us to anything.
A date is held only when we have confirmed it to you in writing and the terms of that engagement have been agreed. Until then, nothing on this site should be read as an offer or an acceptance.
Nothing here is a quotation
The descriptions of our teams and the way we work are exactly that — descriptions. What an event actually needs depends on its scale, its venue, the number of functions and how much of the work sits with other suppliers.
Any figures discussed with you are quoted for your event specifically, in writing, after we understand it.
The content on this site
The text, design, layout and photography on this website belong to Indraa Events or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without asking us first.
Some photographs are licensed stock imagery used to illustrate the kind of work described. Where that is the case, the site says so rather than presenting the image as our own work.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it is a description of a service rather than a contractual document, and it may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of interruption. It is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the website itself rather than on something we have confirmed to you directly.
Links to other places
This site links out to WhatsApp, to our Instagram profile and, in places, to companies we collaborate with. We are not responsible for the content of anywhere we link to, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
